  • Chopped coriander or parsley (for garnish)

  1. Boil Macaroni:
    • In a pot, boil water with a pinch of salt and a few drops of oil.
    • Add macaroni and cook until soft (about 7โ€“8 minutes).
    • Drain and set aside.
  2. Cook the Chicken (if not using pre-cooked):
    • Boil or sautรฉ small pieces of chicken with salt, pepper, and a bit of garlic until cooked through.
    • Shred or chop into small pieces.
  3. Make the Masala Base:
    • In a pan, heat oil or butter.
    • Add chopped onions and sautรฉ until golden.
    • Add garlic paste and sautรฉ for 1 minute.
    • Add tomatoes (if using) and cook until soft.
    • Add green chilies, salt, pepper, and red chili flakes. Mix well.
  4. Combine Chicken and Macaroni:
    • Add cooked chicken to the pan and mix well.
    • Add the boiled macaroni and stir everything together.
  5. Make it Creamy (Optional):
    • Add milk or cream and stir until everything is coated nicely.
    • Cook for 2โ€“3 more minutes on low heat.
  6. Garnish and Serve:
    • Top with grated cheese (if using) and cover the pan until the cheese melts.
    • Garnish with chopped coriander or parsley.
    • Serve hot!
