- Chopped coriander or parsley (for garnish)

- Boil Macaroni:
- In a pot, boil water with a pinch of salt and a few drops of oil.
- Add macaroni and cook until soft (about 7โ8 minutes).
- Drain and set aside.
- Cook the Chicken (if not using pre-cooked):
- Boil or sautรฉ small pieces of chicken with salt, pepper, and a bit of garlic until cooked through.
- Shred or chop into small pieces.
- Make the Masala Base:
- In a pan, heat oil or butter.
- Add chopped onions and sautรฉ until golden.
- Add garlic paste and sautรฉ for 1 minute.
- Add tomatoes (if using) and cook until soft.
- Add green chilies, salt, pepper, and red chili flakes. Mix well.
- Combine Chicken and Macaroni:
- Add cooked chicken to the pan and mix well.
- Add the boiled macaroni and stir everything together.
- Make it Creamy (Optional):
- Add milk or cream and stir until everything is coated nicely.
- Cook for 2โ3 more minutes on low heat.
- Garnish and Serve:
- Top with grated cheese (if using) and cover the pan until the cheese melts.
- Garnish with chopped coriander or parsley.
- Serve hot!
